Half sprouts and sautee in butter with fresh garlic and kosher salt and pepper until sprouts start to brown
Add apple juice and cover. Simmer for 4 to 5 minutes.
Remove cover and continue to cook until apple juice has reduced and formed a glaze on the spouts
