Hickory Smoked Prime Rib
We use certified Angus beef, supplied by Wasatch Meats. Rubbed and slow-smoked, on site, in our Traeger smokers. Served with au jus and horseradish

Hand-mashed Yukon Gold Potatoes
We make this crowd pleaser with real cream, butter, Boursin cheese, kosher salt, and a special blend of pepper. We mash the potatoes by hand to create a rustic texture

Hand-rolled Italian Meatballs
A blend of ground beef, ground pork, and Italian sausage fused with sweet onion, fresh garlic, and basil. Hand rolled, breaded and baked in our signature rustic marinara sauce
